Site AdministratorBased in Ashbourne, Co. Great care and attention go into recruitment, we want to work with high quality, experienced people who will add to the culture, competencies and ethos.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe’re currently expanding and looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual to join our team as a Site Administrator. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager, Project Manager, Quality Manager and Health & Safety Manager in delivery best-in-class project administration. This role is central to ensuring efficient site operations by maintaining records, co-ordinating documentation, supporting BCAR compliance, and assisting in project handover preparation.General AdministrationManaging document control systems.Scheduling meetings.Assisting with material requisitions and delivery dockets.Assisting with drawing management (both hard and digital copies via Procore or similar).Creating and printing on-site posters and signage as needed.Maintaining project registers and assisting with weekly/monthly reports.Supporting the site team in closing out inspection reports.Procore Set Up & TrainingAssisting the project team with Procore (construction management software)Monitoring Procore document uploads, track changes and ensuring timely responses.Ensuring all users are trained and granted access on Procore as needed (in collaboration with the Quality Manager).Supporting the Site/Project Manager in managing RFIs and submittals through Procore.BCAR/Safety File/Project HandoverLiaising with the Quality Manager and Site/Project Manager to gather required documentation.Requesting documentation from all relevant stakeholders as needed.Health & Safety SupportCoordinating and facilitating site inductions.Checking all certification and paperwork.Filing and maintaining H&S records.Supporting toolbox talks and site walks.Other Duties: Additional administrative or operational support tasks as required by the Project team.Skills / Experience / Qualifications Required:Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in the construction industry).Minimum 1 year of on-site construction experience. · Qualification or prior experience in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.Experience in Quality Management (training or certification) is a plus. · Proficiency in Procore or other construction quality management software is highly desirable.Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and document control systems.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.All Candidates Should Have:A positive,team-oriented attitude.A results-driven and problem-solving approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivation, flexibility, and a team-focused mindset.Willingness to learn, upskill, and maintain industry certifications.Ability to travel between project sites (typically within Leinster).Benefits of joining us in the Site Administrator Role:McKeon Group prides itself on its exceptional and motivated people and you will be joining a professional, warm, welcoming and enthusiastic team.Pension SchemeIncome Protection and Death in Service schemeMembership of Employee Assistance ProgrammeExcellent opportunity to advance your career and progress within the GroupCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications
