Job Summary:The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and logistical support at the site. This role ensures smooth day-to-day site operations by managing documentation, coordinating communication between site and head office, and overseeing the company’s fleet to ensure efficient utilization, compliance, and cost control. The Site Administrator plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting management in achieving project goals.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, administrative tasks, and logistics. Maintain accurate records of site documentation, reports, and correspondence. Support the Site Manager in coordination. Monitor and manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance, allocation, and compliance. Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and performance for operational efficiency. Ensure all site operations and fleet activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulations. Prepare and submit regular administrative, operational, and fleet reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience preferable in site administration, logistics, or fleet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
