At METLEN, we foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We are currently looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our Construction team for our project in Chirpan, Bulgaria.Your role will encompass:Studies and understands each projectâs design provided by the engineering headquartersConducts on site investigations and analyses data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specificationsReporting daily and weekly progress to the Site ManagerMaintains a record of all requested consumables and toolsMonitors progress and compiles reports in project statusAssesses potential risks, materials, and costs Monitors the stock of construction materials and manages purchase equipment/materialsComplies with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver. technical files and other technical documentation as requiredSupervises and supports subcontractor activities and compliance to the design as well as communicates the respective design changes to themOverviews each subcontractorâs construction work quality and the precision to the designGeneral supervision of Civil activities and coordination with Site Manager, Project Manager, and other stakeholdersEvaluates construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans according to experienceSupports the implementation of corporate H&S proceduresWhat you bring to the role:University or Technical Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering positionExperience in energy projects is considered an advantageTechnical proficiencyStrong organizational abilitiesAbility to work under pressureExcellent command of the English and Bulgarian LanguagesAble to work in a cold/hot environmentKnow to operate in Microsoft office environment is required (Word, Excel)Advanced use of AutoCAD softwareExcellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in energy projects is considered an advantageFlexibility to relocate to the project siteShare the same Value Based Behaviors:People & Personal growthResults orientation & Safety excellenceCollaboration & TrustEmpathy & Effective communicationFlexibility & AdaptabilityYour Benefits:Competitive remuneration packageMedical Insurance programMulti Sport CardFood vouchers25 days annual leaveCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivityFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
