Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and develop technical drawings for infrastructure projects based on approved templates.Create and manage project cost estimates (Bill of Quantities) for public facility construction.Plan and conduct construction inspections, as well as supervise on-site implementation.Lead and coordinate the development of staff housing or office projects — from drafting, budgeting, recruitment of workers, to project completion.Oversee the maintenance of building & assets.Develop annual plans for infrastructure usage and maintenance.Ensure effective implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) procedures in accordance with company standards and SOPs.Requirements:Min Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a similar role.Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation (RAB), project inspection, and project planning.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Willing to be placed on Site Bengalon, Kalimantan Timur.
