We prioritize quality, innovation, and sustainability to shape the skylines of tomorrow and build lasting relationships with our clients.Role Description :We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with strong experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, material management, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6. The ideal candidate can independently perform estimations and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Responsibilities: • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and progress. • Independently prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs. • Forecast material requirements and prepare Material Request Forms (MRFs). • Monitor material usage and stock efficiently. • Prepare and verify invoices, IPCs, and subcontractor bills. • Use AutoCAD for shop drawings and as-built updates. • Manage project schedules and progress tracking with Primavera P6. • Resolve site issues proactively and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and estimation techniques. • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, material requests, and cost control. • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented. • Good communication and coordination skills.
