Whizz HR is hiring for Site Engineer - ConstructionJob Title: Civil Engineer (Site Experienced)Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage site activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination of civil works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, plan, and execute all site civil works according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.Monitor daily site progress and ensure the smooth coordination between different trades and subcontractors.Inspect site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for technical approvals and inspections.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.Ensure safety protocols and site housekeeping are maintained at all times.Assist in quantity take-offs, material requisitions, and resource planning.Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related technical issues or design conflicts.Verify and certify subcontractor works and bills.Support the project team in achieving project milestones and timely completion.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 3–7 years of experience in site execution within construction or contracting companies (building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects).Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and construction methods.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.UAE driving license (preferred).Soft Skills:Strong leadership and site management skillsExcellent coordination and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with good communication and team collaborationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and project-based incentivesOpportunities to work on premium interior design projectsCareer growth in a dynamic and creative construction environmentKindly share your resume to Hello@whizzhr.com
