Apply!💼 What do we offer?Working in a successful company that’s growing and developing every dayWorking with a highly experienced team of the clinical research professionalsInternational projects and professional growthPerformance bonusEmployee engagement programsWell-being initiativesTraining and development programAdditional location specific benefits🔎 Who are we looking for?💼 Qualifications And ExperienceMaster’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical research, site contract negotiation, and line management.Strong knowledge of the drug development process, local regulatory requirements, and international industry standards (GCP, ICH, CFR FDA, EU Directives).Proven skills in coordinating, organizing, mentoring, and managing teams, with ability to handle multiple tasks independently.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills in both local language and English.Strong numerical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, charts, and technical instructions.Experience with SOP compliance, contract tracking systems (CTMS), and supporting system development for performance metrics.📑 Your responsibilitiesLead and oversee all site contract activities across Company offices to ensure timely, high-quality execution.Manage and mentor a team of (Senior) Site Contract Managers and Specialists.Drive negotiations and administration of site contracts and budgets in line with Sponsor and Company standards.Maintain and update contract templates to meet global regulatory and industry requirements.Partner with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical Ops, PM, Legal) to align on project goals and timelines.Track deliverables and milestones to keep projects on schedule and within scope.Proactively identify and resolve contractual risks or bottlenecks.Champion process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and client satisfaction.By joining our fast-growing and prosperous team, you will have an excellent opportunity for further personal growth and career development.
