TrendingJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise daily site works for civil and structural activities.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labour for smooth execution of work.Liaise with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.Report daily site progress to the Project Engineer/Manager. Quality ControlInspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Maintain records of inspections, tests, and material deliveries.Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly. Materials & ResourcesEnsure availability of required materials and tools.Verify and approve material deliveries as per specifications.Reduce wastage of materials and resources on site. Health & SafetyEnsure site safety compliance and adherence to HSE guidelines.Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when necessary.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience3–5 years in construction (UAE experience preferred).Exposure to residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.SkillsStrong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site management.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and site management software (AutoCAD preferred).OtherUAE driving license is an advantage.Willing to work at project site locations and in varying weather conditions.Job InfoJob Identification REQ_Y25_SnP_GSP_3216 Posting Date 08/14/2025, 01:25 PM Job Schedule 6 Locations United Arab Emirates Division Ventures Division Function Projects Employee Category Permanent Full Time
