Overall Purpose of the RoleProvide direct supervision and support to the Johannesburg-based Site Liaison Officers (SLO) team, ensuring professional, efficient, and high-quality service delivery to International SOS employees and clients. This role also drives service excellence across the MEA region by scoping SLO needs, promoting operational efficiency, and supporting profitability.
