Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager - Interiors, located in Bengaluru. The Site Manager will oversee the execution of interior design and construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, supervising contractors, managing on-site activities, and resolving any project-related issues. The Site Manager will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and client specifications to deliver high-quality interiors. Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget managementTechnical proficiency in site supervision, construction processes, and interior executionExpertise in design interpretation, reading blueprints, and aligning with engineering standardsStrong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilitiesKnowledge of quality control, safety protocols, and compliance regulationsProficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience of at least 5 years in site management or a related role
