We are currently recruiting a Site Manager for an exciting new project commencing in Clonmel. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient daily operationsMaintain accurate site diaries and manage workforce levels to meet programme targetsWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standardsImplement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Management SystemsIdentify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and complianceRequisition materials and ensure deliveries meet specification and scheduling needsOrganise and attend site meetings to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role, ideally with a main contractorRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade backgroundProven experience delivering projects from inception through to completionStrong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractorsSelf-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detailExcellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skillsDeep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment.Very competitive salary on offer.
