Job Description:JOB SCOPE1. Managing and overseeing projects that assign by the company.2. Planning, scheduling, conducting, coordinating and monitoring works in compliance to project specifications and time.3. Participating in client/consultant/contractor meetings.4. Daily reply of email/letter correspondence relating to project assigned.5. Assisting engineering team to conduct value engineering to tender costing during the 1st to 3rd months of project implementation period.6. Assisting Contract department to prepare monthly progress payment claims and sub-contractor certificates for submission to client & head quarter.7. Enforce the PQP system in regards to the role of project management and site installation works in compliance to company ISO standard.8. Generate and maintain all inspection and testing plan.9. Participating in site commissioning and support during T&C period.10. Provide guidance to all Supervisors/Engineers to fulfill and complete the works during project implementation.11. Managing cost and ensure all projects can achieve budgeted cost on each project and also completion on time.12. Managing sub-contractors for each individual projects and to be diligent on sub-contractor scope of works and responsibilities.13. Any other duties/assignment from time to time.
