Our projects will provide clean power at a long-term, stable price for industrial and commercial users across this region for decades to come.ABOUT THE ROLE:Right now we are searching for a suitable candidate for a Site & Stakeholder Manager for our site in Bulgaria. This role will act as Rezolv’s local representative at the St. George Solar and BESS facility. While technical O&M is outsourced to an experienced third party, the Site & Stakeholder Manager will provide on-the-ground oversight, serve as the first responder in incidents, and act as the primary link between the site, local stakeholders, and Rezolv’s Operations and ESG teams. The role ensures smooth communication, compliance with Rezolv and lender standards, and the maintenance of strong community and landowner relations.Responsibilities:Act as Rezolv’s on-site representative, responding to incidents and escalating safety or operational issues promptly.Monitor and coordinate daily contractor activities (O&M, substation, security, vegetation), ensuring compliance with HSE and ESG (ESAP/ESMP) standards.Conduct regular site inspections and report on safety, environmental, or performance-related concerns.Validate contractor reporting, downtime logs, and corrective actions, supporting SLA performance reviews.Support data collection for operational reporting (SCADA/Bazefield, grid availability, curtailments) and monthly performance updates.Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE/ESG awareness activities with contractors and visitors.Serve as the primary contact for landowners, farmers, authorities, and community stakeholders, maintaining strong local relationships.Support the implementation of stakeholder engagement plans, community meetings, grievance processes, and social/ESG commitments.Coordinate land-use matters including lease payments, access arrangements, and revenue-sharing communication.Maintain site-level HSE, ESG, and compliance records, and assist with audits, regulatory visits, and reporting cycles.QualificationsTechnical background in solar PV, BESS, or electrical networks (LV/MV).Experience in site management, utilities, or construction supervision.Proven skills in community engagement and stakeholder relations.Fluent Bulgarian; good English (written and spoken).Previous experience with international renewable developers, utilities, or O&M operators.Knowledge of HSE legislation, grid codes, or regulatory frameworks in Bulgaria.Familiarity with ESG, land rights, and grievance mechanisms.If you feel that this is the right opportunity for you, do not hesitate to apply by sending you CV in English and we will get in touch with you.
