By integrating precision and excellence into every project, we ensure long-lasting success stories and trusted partnerships.Role Description We are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Section Head to join our team in 6th of October City. This is a full-time on-site role, where the Section Head will be responsible for leading and managing all site mechanical works, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, safety measures, schedules, and budget requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect, control, and follow up on all site mechanical activities (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, etc.).Review and monitor shop drawings, material submittals, and modifications to ensure full compliance and avoid rework.Prepare and oversee material and equipment take-offs, requisitions, delivery schedules, and inventory to prevent project delays.Supervise and guide site engineers, subcontractors, and manpower distribution to maintain workflow efficiency.Coordinate mechanical activities with other disciplines (civil, electrical, architectural) to ensure smooth execution.Conduct regular site inspections and walk-arounds to monitor work progress, workmanship, material handling, and safe working conditions.Ensure tools, equipment, and resources are efficiently utilized within budget.Support the Construction Manager in preparing progress reports, manpower plans, and addressing site technical issues.Participate in technical, planning, and progress meetings, presenting challenges and proposing effective solutions.Ensure client satisfaction and project delivery within quality, time, and budget constraints.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.10–12 years of progressive experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 3–5 years in a Section Head or supervisory role.Strong experience in site mechanical works, preferably in mega projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.Ability to work full-time on-site in 6th of October City.
