Job Summary:The Site Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site construction activities, ensuring that the project is executed according to the agreed plans, timelines, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of the project.Key Responsibilities:Manage ongoing site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and objectives.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress tracking dashboards.Monitor construction progress against contractual deliverables and planned timelines.Coordinate with contractors and teams to address and resolve project discrepancies.Ensure compliance with local construction codes, fire safety requirements, and best practices.Conduct site inspections for civil works, MEP, and fit-outs to ensure quality standards.Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.Skills:Expertise in project scheduling and dashboard tracking.Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, ETABS, MS Project, MS Planner, etc.).Excellent knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.In-depth understanding of KSA construction standards and fire safety requirements.Site construction inspections expertise (civil, fit-out, and MEP).PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
