Join our team and be part of an innovative journey redefining possibilities in the semiconductor industry.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct safety inductions for new construction workers and site staff.Evaluate safety compliance and manage occupational health initiatives to ensure all workers and staff comply with OSHA and relevant regulations at all times.Inspect, investigate, and address unsafe acts, accidents, and workplace incidents.Promote and enforce safe work practices among site teams and contractors.Report safety incidents and prepare 8D corrective action reports.Prepare, maintain, and review all documentation related to Safety & Health, ensuring timely submission.Carry out tasks assigned by the employer or site person-in-charge related to safety and health.Conduct regular safety meetings with superiors and subcontractors.Requirements and SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in the HSE field.Must be a Yellow Book holder and a registered, competent Site Safety Supervisor with DOSH.Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification from a DOSH-recognized institution.Experience in Safety Engineering and conducting Safety Training programs.Strong proficiency in managing Occupational Health initiatives.Skilled in accident investigation and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.Contact:For applications or inquiries, please contact:📧 Email: tianoon.goh@myses.net 📞 Phone: +60 10-9188692
