Their team is energetic, social, and performance-driven—and they’re looking for a Site Supervisor who will not only keep projects running smoothly but also inspire and motivate crews across the city.If you love residential construction, take pride in leading crews, and enjoy collaborating with both office and field teams to deliver projects on time with exceptional quality, this could be the perfect fit for you.Duties and Responsibilities: The key job functions are:Monitoring upcoming jobs, conducting pre-inspections, and reviewing job specificationsCommunicating with builders’ supervisors regarding requirements, changes, and site conditionsAssigning jobs to crews, ensuring scope of work is clearly understood and executedCoordinating with the production team to align crew schedules, work orders, and supplier needsPerforming quality control inspections (pre-installation, post-installation, and service as required)Assisting with crew management, problem-solving, and resolving on-site issuesOverseeing performance and ensuring quality protocols are consistently metMaintaining strong communication with management, subcontractors, vendors, and buildersSupporting equipment and site maintenance, including preventive measures and inspectionsLeading and motivating field crews while fostering a culture of safety and respectConducting toolbox meetings, ensuring hazard assessments are completed, and reporting safety issuesDelivering materials, assisting with returns, and supporting shop/office needs as requiredProviding accurate updates on crew completion status and approvals for sub-contractor paymentsUpholding the company’s policies, safety standards, and core values in all tasksEducation:Supervisor training from ACSA (asset)First Aid, Fall Protection, and Man-Lift certificationQualifications: Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstractExperience:3+ years as a Site Supervisor or in a similar leadership role3+ years of residential construction experience in the field or equivalent knowledgeSkills:Strong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlinesConflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF, and related softwareStrong time management and organizational skillsTeam-oriented but also able to work independently with minimal supervisionBase Salary: $75,000-80,000 per yearFull benefits package after 3-month probationCompany VehicleWork Hours:40 hours per weekMonday – Friday8:00AM – 5:00PM
