Site SupervisorAre you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leading Tier 3 commercial construction company is looking for someone motivated and hard working to join their well-established team in Cairns.Projects will be valued up to $60M, within the commercial, government and educational space. You will need previous experience working on commercial new builds and should either be located in Cairns, or happy to relocate.My client has a strong reputation in the FNQ region and has a strong pipeline of future projects, they are looking for a supervisor who wants long term employment with a reputable company.ResponsibilitiesLead the on-site construction subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment.Work within budgetary constraints.Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulationsCoordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project progression and timely resolution of any issues.Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the project specifications and design requirements.RequirementsAbility to work autonomously.Proven experience as a Site Supervisor running projects $10M+Able and willing to travel for work.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Sound understanding of health and safety procedures and a commitment to ensuring compliance on-site.First aid & QBCC is an advantageComputer literateTo apply, please submit your updated resume outlining your relevant experience and why you believe you are the ideal candidate for this role.
