Site Supervisor

Position: Low-Rise Site Superintendent – Multi-Residential (Stacked Townhomes)Locations: Kawartha Lakes, Belleville, PeterboroughOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Low-Rise Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day construction operations for multi-residential stacked townhouse developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating trades, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities for multi-residential stacked town projects.Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and quality execution.Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site in compliance with OHSA and company standards.Monitor schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports for project managers and senior leadership.Support and enforce quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the construction lifecycle.Act as the primary on-site contact, communicating with stakeholders, consultants, and inspectors.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential low-rise or multi-residential projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Proven track record in scheduling, coordinating trades, and problem-solving on active construction sites.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.Proficiency in site management software is an asset.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites in Kawartha Lakes, Belleville, or Peterborough.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities to work on high-quality multi-residential projects.A supportive, team-oriented environment.Career growth potential within a leading construction group.
