SITE SUPERVISOR

Civil and Scape has an opening for an experienced and qualified landscape and civil site supervisor to immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse range of projects from high end residential to high-rise city centre commercial projects. The successful candidate will be required to work with and manage the site teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and seamlessly. As a site supervisor you will be responsible for the daily site operations and delivery team. A generous salary package and incentive scheme is available for the right candidate.PREREQUISITESThe candidate must fulfill the following prerequisites to be able to apply for this position:Must have industry knowledge and experience (Civil and Landscaping experience). Minimum 4 years’ fulltime experienceRelated tertiary education and qualificationsFamiliar with Construction / Civil & Landscape industry standards and methodologiesExcellent communication skillsCurrent White Card NSWTHE ROLEThe role generally requires the candidate to be someone who:Is looking for a long-term stable working environment and who is looking to expand their knowledge and professionalismIs a driven and motivated individual prepared to be hands on As a site supervisor you will be responsible for the following key tasks:Generally responsible for the delivery of the project from start to finishReport into Project Coordinator on a weekly basis and / or as requiredCo-ordinate deliveries and communication relating to RFI’s etc. with Project CoordinatorManage communication between site and office team / point of contact for delivery team/sManage subordinates such as general labourers, leading hands and apprenticesUndertake reviews with Senior Management as requiredReview and execute technical drawings and scope with site teamCoordination of sub-contractors and suppliers to meet programWrite / review and maintain construction works programmesManage OHS compliance and safety onsiteManage quality assurance on each projectHigh organisational skills to ensure all documentation is kept relevant and up to date as requiredCarry out works in accordance with CAS operating procedures, operating systems and as directed by managementGreat career advancement and opportunities for the successful candidate as the organisation continues to grow.
