Site Supervisor

Our client, an established builder in Sydney's CBD are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team due to organic growth to manage fit out and refurbishment projects.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on timeLiaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projectsCheck materials delivered to ensure they are correctEnsure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time framesUndertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defectsSolve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frameUndertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and safe conditionCoordinate trades and clients during maintenance periodYour Background3+ years' experience supervising Commercial projects A strong knowledge of Fit out and Refurbishment projects understanding of building codesTrade background For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Miles Luxton on 0413 646 295 or click apply.
