We’re Hiring – Skating Coaches (Full-Time & Part-Time)📍 United Arab Emirates | 🏢 MEYA Sports AcademyAbout MEYAMEYA — Motivation & Endurance for Youth to Aspire — is an inclusive skating academy empowering children and teens (ages 3.5–18) through structured programs that build focus, confidence, and resilience.We merge sports, education, and behavioral development to help every child, neurodiverse or neurotypical, grow through movement and mindset.We’re expanding in the UAE and looking for skilled Inline Skating Coaches who can lead by example — demonstrating strong technical ability, professionalism, and passion on and off the rink.⸻Key Responsibilities • Conduct structured skating sessions for various age groups and skill levels. • Demonstrate and teach inline skating techniques with precision and safety. • Lead by example — showing excellence in movement, control, and sportsmanship. • Support student progress using MEYA’s coaching and development framework. • Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. • Collaborate with the academy team on training plans and event preparation.⸻Qualifications • Proven inline skating ability with technical and instructional skills. • Experience in sports coaching, youth training, or skating instruction. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. • Certification in sports or coaching is an advantage. • Passion for inclusion, discipline, and youth development. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on academy schedules.⸻What We Offer • Competitive compensation (full-time & part-time opportunities). • Professional development and ongoing training. • A supportive, mission-driven environment. • The opportunity to grow with MEYA as we expand across the UAE.
