This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in maintaining safe and efficient jobsites.What You'll DoSupport carpenters and tradespeople with a variety of construction tasks.Assist with site setup, material handling, and general site organization.Perform skilled labour duties such as demolition, basic carpentry assistance, framing support, and cleanup.Maintain a safe and organized jobsite at all times.Act as Level 2 First Aid attendant on site, responding to incidents and maintaining safety documentation when required.Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crews to keep projects running smoothly.What You BringValid Level 2 First Aid certification (required).3+ years of experience working on commercial or large-scale construction sites.Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices.Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.A proactive attitude and willingness to support different trades when needed.Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.Willingness to complete a criminal record check.Pay & Benefits.Extended health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.Company-sponsored events and team activities.Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.Permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth.Our Core ValuesFamily First | Be Honest | Be Respectful | Be AccountableApply TodayIf you're a reliable, skilled labourer with Level 2 First Aid looking for steady work, great projects, and a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
