This is a full-time, on-site role. The Skilled Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality technical support and exceptional customer service to clients across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning equipmentTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issuesConduct on-site field service visits at customer locationsEnsure timely and professional service deliveryMaintain accurate service records and reportsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teamsQualificationsStrong skills in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field serviceExperience with industrial cleaning equipment preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a service route in the Galway areaTechnical certification or relevant trade qualifications preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFull clean driving licence required
