About the Company: We’re a fast-growing MedTech company transforming diagnostic testing with AI-powered solutions. Our CE-marked product uses advanced deep learning to assist clinicians during procedures, improving accuracy and patient outcomes. The Role: We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and scaling of deep learning models for medical imaging. You’ll work across the full AI lifecycle—from data curation and training to clinical validation and deployment—collaborating closely with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize deep learning models for medical imaging. Manage datasets, annotation workflows, and model training pipelines.
Ensure models meet clinical and regulatory standards (e. g. , MDR). Contribute to product features and improvements based on user and market feedback. Stay current with AI research and apply best practices. Mentor junior engineers and support team growth. Requirements: Strong experience with deep learning in medical imaging or related fields. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Knowledge of data versioning, model validation, and deployment. Familiarity with MDR or similar regulated environments. MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related. Nice to Have: Real-time or edge AI deployment experience. Knowledge of DICOM/PACS systems.
