The ideal candidate is self-motivated, commercially oriented, an effective communicator / people manager, and thrives with a great deal of autonomy.

Role OverviewAs General Manager you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and developing a team of injectors, medical estheticians, and support staff while overseeing day-to-day spa-level operations. You will also work directly with the executive team to refine operations, identify new business opportunities, and advance the overall strategic vision of the company.

 Roles & ResponsibilitiesPersonnel ManagementRecruit, hire, and supervise a team of medical estheticians, nurses, front of house, and other staffDesign and administer training and education programs on non-clinical responsibilities with a focus on hospitalityFoster a culture of professional development to keep a motivated employee baseConduct regular performance reviews with actionable feedback to ensure exemplary service is consistently delivered to our clients   OperationsScheduling – monitor appointment scheduling for each injector / esthetician and by location to maximize revenue while maintaining optimal efficiency and client experience Inventory Management – track and order as needed, ensure efficiency and compliance with company rules and proceduresParticipate in regular reviews of financial and operating reports with senior leadership, suggest and implement changes as needed  Sales, Marketing and Business DevelopmentWork directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes brand awareness and drives engagement Proactively conceive of local and company-wide advertising campaigns and promotional tactics to drive business - including calling on local business, generating partnerships and referral opportunitiesCoach clinical staff to capitalize on upsell opportunities to drive sales of additional products and servicesStay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments, competitors, and customer preferences to keep our brand on the cutting edge Customer ExperienceEnsure the spa is clean and maintained to the highest standardsContinuously review client feedback, professionally resolve any and all issues to the satisfaction of the customerImplement corrective measures as neededWork with the spa staff to curate an exceptional customer experience from start to finish to ensure repeat business  Qualifications2 – 5 years managerial experience2 – 5 years experience in a MedSpa / Salon / Hospitality / Medical business preferredStrong leadership, team building, and communication skillsExcellent time management skills, able to effectively prioritize and multitaskDiplomatic and professional in conflict resolutionProficiency with point of sale / booking software preferred (e.
