ClientOur client is a fast-growing SaaS company serving global customers in the consumer goods and retail tech space. Known for its agile product development and high customer engagement, the company is expanding its marketing leadership team to support continued product evolution and go-to-market excellence. As part of this growth, we are looking for a senior B2B marketing professional to lead both product and customer marketing, and to play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial success.

PositionThe Head of Product and Customer Marketing will be responsible for leading a small but growing team, managing two direct reports — a Product Marketing Manager and a Customer Marketing Manager — and closely collaborating with peers across Growth Marketing, Content, and Digital Design. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with full ownership over positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. The position requires strong collaboration with Product and Customer Success leadership, ensuring marketing strategy is tightly aligned with product direction and customer needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of B2B SaaS experience, including exposure to complex and evolving software products. This person should be comfortable turning product updates into commercial opportunities and confident leading a team while contributing directly to execution. Key responsibilities include: Strategy Ownership: Defining and executing product and customer marketing strategies that support growth, positioning, and customer engagement. Go-to-Market Leadership: Driving the launch of new features and products, including messaging, pricing, and adoption tactics. Messaging & Differentiation: Crafting clear and compelling messaging that highlights the product’s value and sets it apart in a competitive market.

Customer Marketing: Using product updates and features to strengthen customer engagement, retention, and expansion. Team Leadership: Managing and developing a small marketing team, fostering accountability, quality, and collaboration. Market Insight: Monitoring trends and competitors to refine positioning and support strategic marketing decisions. CandidateMinimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in product or customer marketing rolesExperience with complex and frequently evolving software platformsStrong understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and sales enablementDemonstrated success in turning product insights into compelling market narrativesSome experience in leading or mentoring others, with a strong interest in team development.
