The local team, based in Zagreb, is part of a broader European structure but functions with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration. Within the HVAC division, which continues to experience strong growth in B2B projects, the team is now expanding and seeking a technically skilled and proactive Sales Engineer to strengthen project support and partner enablement efforts across Croatia. PositionThe Sales Engineer will join a compact and highly collaborative team within the HVAC division.

This role combines technical consulting, partner support, and business development, with a strong focus on supporting key distributors, HVAC designers, and installation companies in tailoring and positioning HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial projects. This is a field-based role that combines engineering expertise with commercial thinking. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong AutoCAD skills, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Technical & Sales Support:

Providing expert support for HVAC systems across all project stages, including tenders, system selection, and partner consulting. Solution Design: Using AutoCAD and internal tools to create layouts and tailor HVAC solutions in collaboration with designers and installers. Partner & Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and developers to support project success and long-term cooperation. Project Oversight: Tracking opportunities, monitoring project progress, and maintaining accurate records of partner activities. Proposal & Documentation Preparation: Developing technical documentation, solution proposals, and commercial offers tailored to project needs. Training & Brand Promotion:

Representing the brand through partner training sessions, site visits, and participation in technical events.
