The "Smarter than Me" role at CY.SEND involves managing and driving innovative solutions to enhance the company's rewards and loyalty ecosystem. Responsibilities include researching market trends, creating tailored strategies, enhancing API integrations, and liaising with teams to optimize customer experiences. The role also focuses on improving system design, developing customer-centric approaches, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products and services.
