This is a full-time on-site role for an SME Relationship Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with SME clients, assessing their financial needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing loan applications, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring clients' financial health to reduce risks.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.· Previous experience from 1-3 years in financial services or banking is a must.· Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills.· Experience in acquiring and managing FMCG clients.· Market Research and Business Development skills..· Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
