SMT Equipment Engineer

Familiar with composition, principle and manufacturing process of SMT equipment, responsiblefor equipment’s daily maintenance, in-time trouble shooting, ensure the normal running.熟悉SMT 设备的组成，原理，工作流程及使用要求，负责设备的日常保养及维护，及时处理和解决设备故障和失效的问题，确保设备的正常运行。 Responsible for parameters adjustment and optimization based on manufacturing & planning andprocess requirement, ensure equipment’s stable running and enhance manufacturing efficiency.根据生产计划和工艺要求，调整和优化设备参数，保证设备稳定运行，提高生产效率。 Work closely with planning department, draw up SMT workshop equipment’s PM scheduleimplement PM work, improve and optimize equipment and enhance their reliability and stability.与计划部门协调，制定SMT 车间设备的维护和检修计划，按照维护计划进行设备日常的保养，对设备进行定期检修和维护保养，以及设备的改进和优化，提升设备可靠性和稳定性。 Master operation methods of SMT equipment, edit equipment operation and manufacturingprocedures, be in charge of new employees’ training, and improve output rate of equipment.熟练掌握SMT 设备的操作方法，制定设备操作规程和作业指导书，培训新员工，提高设备的产出率。 According to the equipment use and maintenance records, analyze the causes and characteristics ofequipment failures, study the troubleshooting methods and improvement measures of equipmentfailures, propose improvement plans, and provide technical support for the enhancement ofequipment’s performance and stability.根据设备使用和维护记录，分析设备故障的原因和特点，研究设备的故障处理方法和改善措施，提出改进方案，为设备的性能和稳定性提升提供技术支持。 Responsible for the procurement and management of equipment spare parts, establish a soundspare parts inventory management information system, and formulate spare parts demand plan toensure that equipment spare parts are timely in place, and ensure that manufacturing will not beceased, and equipment’s stability will not be impacted due to lack of spare parts.负责设备备件的采购和管理工作，建立完善的备件库存管理信息系统，制定备件需求计划，以保证设备备件及时到位，确保设备在生产运行中不会因缺少备件而停产或影响设备稳定性。 Participate in the technical transformation and upgrading of SMT equipment, be responsible for theformulation and implementation of technical transformation plans, master new technology, newprocess and new equipment, and put forward practical suggestions and measures for themodernization, intelligence and automation of the company's equipment.参与SMT 设备技术改造和升级工作，负责技术改造计划的制定和实施，掌握新技术，新工艺和新设备，为公司设备的现代化，智能化，自动化提出具有实际意义的建议和措施。
