About The RoleWe’re looking for a versatile and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team — someone who can conceptualize full campaigns, and independently produce compelling video and graphic assets that bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who’s both a storyteller and a visual problem solver — someone who can turn a marketing objective into a powerful campaign idea and execute it from start to finish.
What You’ll DoIdeate and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, from concept to content productionCreate short-form and long-form video content for social media, paid ads, and product launchesDesign high-impact visual assets (static graphics, banners, social tiles, email visuals, in-app assets)Translate marketing goals into creative content strategies that drive engagement and conversionsWork closely with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectivesContinuously iterate and improve content based on performance metrics and audience feedbackManage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative for campaign launchesWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in content creation, creative production, or digital designProficiency in video editing tools (e.
g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e. g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma)A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, visual storytelling, and video production skillsExperience creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, and moreExcellent conceptual skills — able to translate business ideas into engaging creativeAbility to self-manage timelines and work independently in a fast-paced environmentBonus: Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc. )Nice to HaveExperience with eCommerce, fintech, or consumer product marketingFamiliarity with performance marketing and creative iteration based on ad resultsComfort with being on-camera or shooting content on-site if needed
