You are expected to anticipate customer needs with empathy, providing a highly personalized journey while maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and LAB standards. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, a strong sense of style, and the flexibility to travel across the country to represent the brand at exclusive events.Main Responsibilities Deliver an in-store experience focused on the customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience Understands the Company values and cultures and guarantee the proper Golden Goose storytelling with customer during the experience in store Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options Anticipate customer needs with empathy and interact with and assist customer to ensure an high level of customized experience Created and delivers special and one of a kind items through a unique LAB experience Keeps up to date with Golden Goose product information Pays great attention to details Maintain outstanding LAB condition and visual merchandising standards Participates as an active team member in accomplishing team goals and maximizing sales Follows the Company procedures, policies and requirements Travels throughout the area assigned for "sneaker maker" eventsRequirements Smart and ethic work approach Retail basics and proven customer focused attitude Artistic skills Fashionable strong sense of style Good knowledge of English and Korean Empathy, solid communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and adaptability Ability and willingness to travel to Golden Goose stores throughout the countryWe are an equal opportunity employer and passionately believe that our strength lies in people youniqueness.
