Job DescriptionAbout the CompanyPetroleum Development Oman is the leading exploration and production company in the Sultanate of Oman. The Company delivers the majority of the country's crude oil production and natural gas supply.Purpose of the JobLead a team(s) of senior & process engineers to carry out the Process Engineering FEED activities (Define stage) for a Mega Project and/or several Medium Projects in order to generate the relevant Process Engineering FEED deliverables on time according to DCAF requirements.Ensure design integrity and deliverables quality for all areas within a project with special emphasis on interfaces and continuous improvements. Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in Process Control, Process Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control or EquivalentMinimum 10 years in Oil & Gas Experience.Experience in FEED/ENGINEERING.Work in a matrix organization and handle multiple reporting relationships and project responsibilities.Working effectively with diverse, multi-cultural teams, peers, and stakeholders.Fluent in English; Written and Spoken.Main ResponsibilitiesManage team work assignments, work load, work forecasting for assigned projects.Ensure team members accountabilities in the assigned project are clear and the team works well together and learn from each other and external sources..Participate in/facilitate Design Reviews, HAZOP’s, IPF Classifications, 3D Model review, Plot plan, etc.Implement/practice/monitor Quality Management System in assigned projects in line with ISO 9001-2015.Collaborate, build relationships, and manage interfaces with other FEED Office disciplines, assets project teams, etc. in the assigned project.Ensure seamless handover of Process FEED Deliverables to asset project and operations teams.Ensure all team members in the assigned project time write. Ensure team CTR’s and/or work commitments in the assigned project are well defined and delivered on time and within FEED contract value.Skills RequiredOther Job Details
