We are a destination.Your Day to Day: As a Hotel Wellness Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional yoga and wellness classes and experiences to hotel guests. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of guests, managing finances related to wellness classes, and promoting responsible business practices within the hotel. Your focus will be on creating a positive experience for guests, maintaining financial stability, and operating in alignment with responsible business principles.PeopleConduct yoga and wellness classes: Lead a variety of yoga classes suitable for individuals at all levels of experience, including different forms of yoga (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Meditation, Sound Therapy). Adapt classes based on the needs and preferences of the participants.Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.Provide personalized attention to guests, offering modifications and adjustments as needed.Financial Contribute to revenue generation through the promotion and sale of yoga classes or wellness packages.Monitor and manage class attendance to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.Assist in controlling costs associated with wellness programs and maintain financial records as required.Guest ExperienceFoster a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to participate in yoga classes and other wellness activities.Support guests' overall wellness and relaxation during their stay at the hotel.Ensure that the wellness program aligns with the hotel's commitment to providing a holistic and rejuvenating experience for guests.Responsible BusinessUphold ethical and responsible business practices in all aspects of the wellness program.Strive to contribute to the hotel's sustainability and social responsibility initiatives.Promote and embody the hotel’s values and ethos, fostering a sense of community and wellbeingWhat we need from you: Certified yoga instructor, meditation and sound therapy preferably with experience teaching various yoga styles, wellness activities and working with individuals at different skill levels. 4+ years of experience as Yoga and Wellness Instructor in Hotel Industry.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with hotel guests and create a welcoming environment. Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue optimization, to ensure the financial success of the yoga program.Familiarity with responsible business practices and a commitment to incorporating sustainability into the yoga program's operations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver yoga and wellness classes effectively. Marketing and promotional skills to attract guests to the yoga program and generate revenue. Flexibility with working hours, as yoga class schedules may vary based on guest demand.
