About The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our Family Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping achieve the sales targets set by the Regional Head, Family Office, while developing and maintaining relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. You will be responsible for providing tailored financial, investment, and personal solutions to meet the complex needs of these clients.What You Will Be DoingSupporting the Relationship Director in the delivery of bespoke services and solutions to UHNW clientsAssisting in the management of client relationships, ensuring their wealth is well-managed and that there are no major complaints leading to financial losses or litigationContributing to the development and execution of business processes to enhance client experience and streamline operationsCollaborating with various stakeholders to address gaps and improve service offerings within the Family Office businessEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those set by BNM, the Securities Commission, and Bursa MalaysiaWhat We're Looking ForAt least 5-7 years in a Private Banker / Relationship Manager positionRelevant experience in Private Wealth and Family OfficeWell connected to UHNW spaceExcellent presentation, interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skillsGood people management skillsPossess strong sales and service skillsWhat We OfferAt RHB Banking Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to reach their full potential.
