Job ResponsibilityProvide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services. Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems. Perform onsite service at clients' locations as and when required. To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required. Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and MandarinFresh graduate are welcome to applyA self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude. Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills. Initiative, fast learner and confident. Experience and knowledge in Samsung products will be an added advantage. Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shift, weekend and Public Holiday. Applicants must be willing to work in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
