You’ll focus on ideation, copywriting and simple asset creation, thinking in hooks, headlines and formats that feel native to each platform and fandom.You’ll work day-to-day with producers, editors, designers and the Account Manager, helping to shape ideas, write sharp copy, create simple visuals and get content ready to ship.It’s a genuinely fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines, so you’ll need to enjoy that bit of pressure and stay calm and organised when things move quickly. Our vision relies on people who are curious about this technology and excited to take on this challenge!What You’ll Make HappenPitch social-first ideas for TV and film titles, turning brand priorities, fandom insights and social trends into clear, platform-native concepts (reactive and always-on).Write platform-specific copy (captions, headlines, on-image text) that feels native to TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads etc., and true to the brand tone of voice.Shape hooks and formats: Turn loose ideas into concrete post formats or series with clear angles, structures and examples that an editor or designer can run with.Comb through episodes, films, trailers and clips to surface the strongest social moments, tagging and timecoding them into clear hooks and formats for editors and designers to build from.Turn ideas into tight briefs for editors and designers, with references, key lines, basic specs and deliverables outlined clearly.Create simple visual assets yourself using templates (e.g. text-on-image, carousels, basic layouts) that are on-brand and ready for publishing.Support basic production tracking for your ideas: keep content trackers up to date, flag risks early, and help keep delivery on schedule for your posts.Run quality checks on your content before delivery, catching typos, off-brand phrasing or non-compliance with specs and platform requirements.Use AI tools and LLMs to boost your output, from idea and angle exploration, to alt lines and copy polishing, to generating variations and contribute to evolving how we use AI in our workflows.ApplicationAlong with your CV, please send us a cover letter that tells us why you’re the perfect fit for this role, PLUS, make us a meme!
