Our client, a mobile games publisher, is building a cutting-edge mobile gaming platform that helps gamers win cash in skill-based tournaments and assists game developers in monetizing effectively. They are seeking a Social Growth & Creator Partnerships Manager to spearhead the agency's expansion. You will take charge of leveraging data, and using strategic creator partnerships to expand our platform globally. Do you possess the qualities needed for this role? We'd love to hear from you.Who are we looking for?You are an experienced growth leader with experience in social growth, creator, or influencer marketing, ideally within consumer apps, gaming, or eCommerce.You have a track record of building and scaling creator/influencer campaigns that drive measurable outcomes (installs, retention, ARPU).You can design, execute, test, iterate, and optimize social growth experiments You are highly proficient in data and analytics, comfortable building and managing dashboards, tracking complex metrics (CPA, LTV), and managing budgets for ROI optimization.You understand social platforms' dynamics (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X/Twitter) and are comfortable managing a global network of creators.You have excellent negotiation and project-management skills for quality control and enforcing partnership agreements while monitoring for potential fraud.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will develop and own the social growth strategy across channels including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X/Twitter.You will identify, recruit, and manage a network of creators, influencers, and gaming ambassadors aligned with the agency's brand and gaming verticals.You will negotiate partner agreements, set KPIs, track performance, and optimise for ROI (install-to-retention, cost-per-acquisition, payback).You will design and run social growth experiments: virality hooks, creator challenges, content farms, live streams, micro-tournaments, referral campaigns.You will build and maintain dashboards tracking key funnel metrics (e.g., Views â Installs â Sign ups â CPA â ARPU).You will manage budgets for creator/media campaigns, allocate spend to highest-performing creators/channels, and optimise cost per acquisition.You will monitor the creator ecosystem for fraud, fake followers, low-engagement traffic and enforce quality controls on partnerships.You will develop scalable playbooks for creator onboarding, campaign execution, and growth loops inside gaming communities.What Success Looks Like...Consistently meeting or exceeding targets for Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) and demonstrating positive Payback/ROI on all creator and social media campaign budgets.Successfully recruiting, onboarding, and scaling a high-quality creator network, evidenced by low fraud rates, high engagement, and measurable positive impact on install and retention metrics.Designing and launching a high volume of social growth experiments monthly, leading to the identification and implementation of at least two high-impact, scalable growth loops within a six-month period.Maintaining the accuracy and utility of all marketing dashboards, providing clear, actionable insights that measurably improve funnel conversion rates (e.g., Views â Installs) across top social channels.Successfully establishing the company's presence on key short-form video channels (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and driving organic virality.To be considered for this role you should have...4+ years experience in social growth, creator or influencer marketing, ideally within consumer apps or gaming.Strong data/analytics skills; comfortable with dashboards, metrics, cohort analysis, and managing CPA/LTV targets.A Growth Engineering mindset. You should be able to ideate, test, iterate, and optimize campaigns and social loops.Excellent relationship, negotiation and project-management skills.Deep understanding of social platforms' dynamics like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X/Twitter.Experience running a large affiliate network (e.g., across Tiktok Shops) and familiarity with mobile game/app marketing (installs, retention, monetisation).
