You'll play a key part in shaping and building the team's direction, so this role will require a strong leadership, project management experience and excellent communication skill to influence various team members from HQ and 16 European subsidiaries!Role And ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesSocial and influencer activation for key European projects Lead premium pan-EU influencer events for key calendar moments. This includes planning the programme, liaising with subs, writing the agency and influencer briefs, designing creative and desirable product experiences, managing content delivery and approvals.Lead strategic and creative social/influencer campaigns for key projects in Europe by liaising with project leads and subs. This includes devising social strategy, content planning, content and toolkit creation, liaison with stakeholders across the business, posting status monitoring and performance reporting.Develop the framework for social & influencer reportingEstablish the framework for influencer reporting, detailing critical metrics, dashboard set up and management, reporting to improve return on investment and performance.Leverage analytics platforms to proactively shared content performance with team members across the business and report on campaign performance.Alignment and relationship management with Headquarters and 16 subs on social and influencer activations Handle different stakeholders in HQ, Europe office and subs to align strategy and activation plan.Develop positive relationships with social and influencer team members across subsidiaries, becoming a trusted voice for the region for all social and influencer matters.Thought leadership and innovationStaying on top of the latest innovations and guidelines across social & influencer. Foster close working relationships with platforms to stay ahead of the competition and deliver best-in-class work.See opportunities to share knowledge across the business, proactively sharing the latest news to upskill teams.Propose new ideas to make Samsung best in class for social/influencer activations.What We Need For This RoleTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:Experience in social and influencer marketing. Strong campaign management experience is crucialExcellent knowledge of all social platforms and how to optimise content for different social platforms.Strong hands-on experience on influencer contracting, briefing, content creation and reporting.Great balance between creative and analytical skills.Have a deep understanding of what makes social and influencer campaign stand out, engaging and drive performance.Result oriented and ability to interpret data to influence creatives.
