Maintain a repository of past analyses to avoid duplication and leverage previous learnings. Conduct analysis using tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Unmetric, and Google Analytics, working across digital data (social, search, reviews, web analytics) and traditional business data (penetration, brand equity). Write queries, create custom filters and tags to extract relevant insights.Deliver qualitative and quantitative insights to inform business strategy, marketing, digital content, communications, and product development. Use appropriate data visualization to tell compelling stories and synthesize findings into impactful, action-oriented reports. Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders in both conversational and formal formats.
