Prepare advance requisition for factory expenditure and ensure the fund is available to meet day to day expenditure. Compile and prepare annual revenue and capital budget and send it to the concerned departments for feedback for proposal finalization. Check bill, voucher and handle the Factory petty cash. Prepare and updates Bank Book, Cash Book, Ledger A/C and fixed Asset Register. Maintain and ensure VAT & Tax compliance at the time of payment. Health care bill check and ensure proper record. Prepare bank reconciliation statement and monthly expenditure statement. Ensure proper control over Inventory and Fixed Asset Management.

Any other tasks assigned by the management. Educational Qualification : Bachelors in Commerce/ BBA in Finance or Accounting. CA/CMA partly qualified will be given preference.
