We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, data-driven marketing professional to take charge of our social media management and product launch marketing efforts.Position Overview:We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building our online presence, developing engaging campaigns, and planning go-to-market strategies for our product launches. This person will work closely with the leadership and product teams to ensure Zenexgen’s digital voice is strong, consistent, and impactful.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow Zenexgen’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.Develop and execute social media strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and follower growth.Plan, design, and run marketing campaigns for product launches and new service introductions.Create or supervise the creation of content (posts, stories, videos, blogs, and ads).Collaborate with designers, developers, and the CEO to ensure consistent brand messaging.Track analytics and performance metrics for campaigns and provide reports on ROI.Research competitors and market trends to develop new marketing ideas.Engage with the online community and respond to queries or comments professionally.Manage ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and coordinate influencer or partnership collaborations (if applicable).Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company.Understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics tools.Strong writing and storytelling skills for creating engaging social content.Designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) are a big plus.Experience with paid advertising campaigns and product launch marketing (preferred).Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.Must be able to work onsite in Karachi.Why Join Zenexgen?Be part of a dynamic, innovative software house at the forefront of AI and digital solutions.Creative freedom to shape the company’s digital identity.Work directly with leadership on product launches and brand strategy.Growth-oriented environment with room for experimentation and impact.
