As we expand our community and brand presence, we need creativity, consistency, and engagement across social platforms. 5 years have passed, operating completely within the Nigerian market, we are moving to 5 other African markets, and we are ready to take Africa by storm. We need Social media associates who can foster engagement, trust, and connection among users, advocates, and ecosystem partners. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and partner with Support, Content, community and Product.🎯What You’ll Do (and Track While You’re At It):Plan and execute social media content (posts, threads, short-form video, stories, reels) aligned to brand, campaigns, and product launchesEngage with followers and community on social platforms; respond to comments, messages, and moderate discussionsMonitor social metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize posting cadence, formats, and copyCollaborate with content/design to produce creative visuals, infographics, and videosExperiment with new formats, features (e.g, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads, stories) to grow audienceSupport cross-channel campaigns: launching contests, user-generated content, influencer partnershipsStay on top of trends, crypto/ fintech social movements, and adapt content accordinglyReport performance and recommend adjustmentsWhat You Bring 3–5 years of social media experience, ideally for brands in tech, fintech, crypto, or startupsDeep familiarity with major social platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Strong writing, creative thinking, and visual judgmentAbility to engage authentically with audiences and build brand voiceAnalytical/Growth mindset — track metrics, test formats, optimize performancePassion for storytelling, trends, and community building💫Bonus Points If YouHave experience with crypto/fintech social mediaCurious explorer ready to tinker around old ideals and find new ways to solve for online growthHave grown social media channels in a very short periodWorked in multiple markets other than NigeriaHave created or edited short-form video or interactive contentUnderstand audience behaviors in Africa or diaspora communities💼What’s In It For YouCompetitive compensationRemote work, flexible scheduleA growth-oriented environment where your ideas can shineDirect impact on brand and community at the early stage
