To help us grow awareness and build a strong community, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Community Manager who can make our project go viral in the developer and AI communities. You’ll create engaging video content, launch bold campaigns, grow our presence on YouTube, Twitter/X, and Reddit, and spark conversations that spread.

Join us to build the next generation of software tools together!TasksCreate engaging and viral video content showcasing the software (short-form and long-form). Manage and grow presence on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other social platforms. Develop creative campaigns and memes that resonate with developers and AI enthusiasts. Actively engage with communities, answer questions, and drive discussions.
Track performance of posts and campaigns, optimize for reach and engagement. Work closely with the product team to communicate new features and updates. RequirementsMinimum 2 years of commercial experience as an SMM (preferably in IT or AI projects). Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken). Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and viral content mechanics. Experience with video creation/editing (YouTube shorts, TikTok-style content, product demos). Passion for technology, AI, and developer tools. Ability to work independently, generate creative ideas, and execute them fast. Previous experience managing communities on Reddit/Discord is a big plus.
