We’re searching for a Social Media & Content Creator who can translate the world of Bonnie and Neil into compelling, story-driven content. This role is ideal for someone who loves being hands-on, creating content, spotting opportunities, planning shoots and sharing the creativity behind our brand in thoughtful, impactful ways.This is a role for someone who naturally notices beauty in the details, understands what makes content feel elevated, and enjoys working in a small team where ideas move quickly.You’ll work closely with Bonnie, the GM and Marketing team to help shape our online presence, but you’ll have plenty of space to bring your own ideas, tone and creative thinking to the table.Key responsibilitiesContent & Social MediaDevelop and deliver a social content plan across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.Capture and create high-quality content, including photography, video, behind-the-scenes studio moments, campaign snippets and product storytelling.Plan and schedule posts with a strong eye for aesthetics, narrative flow and brand direction.Support and shape the visual identity of Bonnie and Neil across all social channels.Keep a close eye on trends within interiors, design, art, colour and digital culture, adapting ideas into content that feels distinctly Bonnie and Neil.Monitor performance, track results and deliver insights that help us refine and grow.Share the day-to-day magic of the brand — from design details to team activity, studio happenings and seasonal inspiration.Community & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with creators, influencers and aligned brands.Coordinate outreach, gifting, and collaborative opportunities.Engage with our audience in a warm and thoughtful way that reflects the Bonnie and Neil values.Marketing SupportAssist with creating and preparing assets for paid social when required.Support with photography and video needs across campaigns and product launches.Help with event coordination and studio activities (shoot days, pop-ups, launches).Assist across broader marketing tasks led by the GM or Marketing Manager.About YouYou’re across the latest social platform features and best practices especially Instagram & TikTok.You have a genuine love for design, interiors, colour and visual storytelling.You’re confident behind a camera and skilled in editing photo and video content.You bring fresh, original ideas and enjoy experimenting with formats and storytelling styles.You’re proactive.
