Your primary role is to translate brand vision into emotionally resonant, high-performing video content for social media.Areas of Responsibility1. Content Creation & Editing (70%)Identifying trending trends that are relevant to platform.Curating content calendar for our brands (ladybossfoodie / auntie chia's)Crafting video script, strategy and editing framework based on Quarter's focus.Create POV-style food content and lifestyle storytelling.Repurpose footage for multiple platforms with contextual tweaksEnsure tone consistency: warmth, authenticity, "comfort after work" brand feel.2. Marketing Storytelling (20%)Brainstorm weekly ideas aligned with campaigns (e.g. CNY, promotions, founder stories etc)Draft short video scripts and hooks (why people should care).Analyse and provide constructive feedback on content angle and insights.Work closely with founder for story-based projects.3.
