Our team is committed to crafting immersive visuals and soundscapes that reflect each mentor’s unique personality and teaching style.In 2024, we expanded into DIRI Productions, our in-house creative arm focused on producing cinematic videos, corporate storytelling, and branded content for external clients — leveraging the same high production standards and narrative-driven approach that define our learning platform.If you’re passionate about storytelling, creative problem-solving, and growing alongside a dynamic team, we want you to join us!About the Role:We’re looking for a Video Editor with an eye for storytelling and a strong sense of rhythm and flow. You’ll be part of the post-production team shaping cinematic learning content, brand films, and social pieces that carry our signature narrative style.You’ll handle editing, colour work, and workflow management across client projects, internal productions, and DIRI Originals. This role is ideal for someone who’s edited long-form content (e.g. documentaries or interviews) or is eager to learn the craft of building meaningful stories through editing.Responsibilities:Edit long-form and short-form content across client and internal projects.Colour grade footage to achieve visual consistency and narrative tone.Maintain file structure, exports, and post-production SOPsCollaborate closely with content and post teamsTroubleshoot workflow issues Continuously improve turnaround speed, visual consistency,efficiency, and quality across deliverables.Must-Have Qualifications:Basic knowledge of video editing and colour grading (DaVinci Resolve Preferred)Eagerness to learn new platforms (training provided)Detail-oriented and fast learnerGood time management and communicationBonus Points:Some knowledge of file management tools (Google Drive, Dropbox)Has edited long form and short form content beforeUnderstands LUTs and colour grading principlesUnderstand video codecs and picture profiles from camera manufacturers.Understands conforming methods between different editing software.What You’ll Get:Mentorship from a senior editor with deep workflow knowledgeHands-on exposure to cinematic, culturally-rooted projectsOpportunity to grow into a Post Production Lead or Workflow SpecialistAccess to new AI + editing tools to innovate withHow to Apply:Submit your resume via this LinkedIn job post and;Email us at enquiry@diri.my your editing portfolio (if any) along with;A quick intro about yourself (tell us why you’re applying!)What to Expect Post interview: You may be asked to complete a short editing or colour-grade test to demonstrate your workflow and creative approach.
