This role blends content creation, community management, and on-mountain adventures. From early-season powder days to peak foliage rides, you'll capture and share the Bolton experience in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & EditingPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms consistently and to brand standards.Produce reels, stories, and short-form videos that align with our brand voice and seasonal campaigns. Community Management Respond promptly to comments, DMs, reviews, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.Monitor trends and maintain consistent engagement to grow follower base. Campaign Execution & Analytics Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events.Track and report social media performance; recommend data-driven improvements. On-Mountain Presence Actively ski, snowboard, and mountain bike to capture authentic, first-person content year-round.Work outdoors in variable weather conditions to gather real-time material. Other Duties Assist with resort events, promotions, and other marketing tasks as assigned.Qualifications1-3 years of professional social media experience (brand or agency).Proficiency in photo and video shooting and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or similar). Portfolio must be made available upon request.Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand tone.Ability to ski, snowboard, and mountain bike at an intermediate or higher level.Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Must be available to work weekends and peak holiday periods.Highly organized and self-motivated; able to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.NOTE: All Bolton Valley employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.Customer Service Expectations: Most customer contact is on the web through the resort's Facebook and Instagram pages. When representing the resort, employees are expected to be courteous and professional in accordance with Bolton's commitment to providing superior customer service.Physical and Mental Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer are required, as is moderate skiing/snowboarding to check out ski conditions and take pictures/video.Work Environment: Most of the work time is spent indoors.
