This role focuses on scheduling content, writing captions, working with clients to approve posts, and keeping our content systems updated. You will work closely with our account and content teams to make sure all client social media content is delivered on time and accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule content through Planable according to content calendarsWrite short, engaging captions for client social postsFollow up with clients to get posts approved on timeUpdate and manage our content management systemEnsure all assets, captions, and schedules are accurateSupport the team with general content admin and coordination tasksQualificationsExperience in social media coordination or virtual assistanceStrong English writing skillsGood attention to detail and time managementComfortable using tools like Planable, Slack, Monday, or similarAbility to work remotely and communicate clearlyReliable internet connection and availability during AEST work hours
